Is this product reusable?
Yes! The FLIP ZERO EV is fully washable and can be used multiple times. While the product comes with a sample bag of lubricant, we recommend TENGA HOLE LOTION for subsequent use.
Is this product electronic?
Yes! The FLIP ZERO EV can be used both manually and with its electronic vibration! The FLIP ZERO EV houses two vibration cores within the elastomer sleeve, meaning the rumbling vibrations flow throughout the entire product for direct stimulation. The vibration cores are at opposite ends of the product, so the vibrations come from all around you.
What variations of vibrations exist?
There are five varieties of vibration in total.
After turning on the item, pressing the button will cycle through the following modes: Low > Low. High > Pulse > Alternating > Random
Is the item fully washable?
- DO NOT submerge the charging base. This could cause electrical damage or electric shock.
- Do not wash the item in water above 50 degrees Celsius (122 Fahrenheit), as this may distort or damage the elastomer sleeve.
- If you wish to wash the item with soap, use a mild or neutral soap. Alcohols or highly acidic/alkaline soaps can damage the elastomer sleeve.
- Make sure the item is completely dry before storing to prevent mold or bacteria buildup.
Can I use the charging base to dry the item while it's wet? A small amount of water dripping from the item shouldn't be a problem.
However, do not completely wash the charging base or get it completely wet.

- Do not place anything other than the FLIP ZERO EV body or the sliding arms on the charging base.
Can I charge the item while I dry it?
Yes! After washing, dry the FLIP ZERO EV body and sliding arms with a dry cloth.
Connect the charging base. Then, place the sliding arms on the charging base and place the open body on the sliding arms.
Leave in a dry, well-ventilated place.
- Refrain from charging the item in the bathroom or near any water source that may cause the charging base to become submerged.
- Make sure the item is completely dry before storing to prevent mold or bacteria buildup.
Does the item come with lotion?
There are two sample packs of our HOLE LOTION [REAL] included with every FLIP ZERO EV. For subsequent uses, we suggest our HOLE LOTION Series.
