EXCHANGES AND/OR RETURNS

Due to health and hygiene regulations, returns are NOT accepted on any of our items, except for those with a factory warranty.

This gives the customer the assurance that our products are new and have not been tampered with, as they ship directly from the supplier to the address indicated by the customer.

In the event that we are dealing with an event not covered by the warranty due to manipulated products, misuse, or defects caused by third-party operations, the customer will bear all return and shipping costs, and the warranty will be exempt.

Any manipulation of the product, opening, soldering, additional wiring, or foreign components will be exempt from warranty.

Feromonas Las Palmas will cover all shipping costs for any changes due to a shipping error (size-model).

– The buyer will be responsible for all shipping and return costs in any other case (permanent return of the product or size exchange).

The product must be unused and retain its original seal or packaging intact. Packaging that has been affixed with any type of sticker, adhesive paper, or similar material by the buyer will not be accepted.

No exchanges or returns will be accepted without the withdrawal document and prior authorization from Feromonas Las Palmas.
